The food tour starts at 9:30 a.m. and the city tour at 2:30 p.m. on day 2; the package requires a minimum of 2 travelers.

After breakfast, at 9:30 a.m., we pick you up at your hotel to visit a traditional market, a market favored by renowned chefs for its variety of ingredients. There you meet and taste typical, native products of Peruvian cuisine. Then you learn to prepare a lunch and enjoy it with a complimentary pisco sour or chilcano.
At 2:30 p.m. the city tour begins with a panoramic view of Huaca Pucllana, a ceremonial center of the Lima culture. We continue toward downtown through San Isidro, Lince, and El Cercado, with views of the Palace of Justice, the Museum of Lima, the Museum of Italian Art, the French Palace, and San Martín Square.
The walking portion begins at the Plaza de Armas, in front of the Cathedral, the City Hall, the Government Palace, and the Archbishop's Palace, with time for photos. You enter the San Francisco Convent and its catacombs, underground passages where the remains of some 25,000 people rest. We close with a panoramic view of Parque del Amor, the Pacific Ocean, and Larcomar, and return to your hotel.
