What data we collect, what we use it for and how to exercise your rights.
Tomille Consulting LLC, owner of the Inka Inspire Tours brand, is responsible for the personal data we collect on inkainspiretours.com and through WhatsApp, email and social media. Version in effect as of October 9, 2026.

3. What we use it for
- To answer your inquiries and prepare quotes.
- To book and manage your trip services with suppliers in Peru.
- To send you service information: confirmations, payment reminders, itineraries and trip notices.
- To send you offers and news, only if you have agreed to it. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To measure and improve the website and our ads on Google and Meta.
- To comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations, and to defend our rights.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with those who need it to provide the service:
- Travel suppliers in Peru: tour operators, hotels, train companies, airlines and the entities that issue tickets to archaeological sites.
- Technology providers: HighLevel (CRM, WhatsApp and email), Google (Analytics, Ads and Tag Manager), Meta (measurement pixel and WhatsApp), WeTravel (payments), our bank and our web hosting provider.
- Authorities: when required by law.
5. International transfers
Your data is processed in the USA, where we are incorporated, and in Peru, where the trip takes place. For visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, these transfers rely on the safeguards offered by our providers (standard contractual clauses or adequacy frameworks) and on the need to perform the travel contract you request.
6. How long we keep it
- Inquiries that do not result in a booking: up to 24 months from the last contact.
- Bookings: up to 7 years after the trip, due to accounting and tax obligations and potential claims.
- Health data: deleted when the trip ends, unless an incident requires us to keep it.
- Marketing data: until you withdraw your consent.
7. Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction, deletion or portability, object to its use for marketing purposes and withdraw your consent at any time. Email us at reservas@inkainspiretours.com; we respond within a maximum of 30 days. To stop receiving messages: use the unsubscribe link in our emails or reply "BAJA" on WhatsApp.
8. Visitors from Europe
If you reside in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we process your data on the following legal bases: performance of the contract or of pre-contractual measures you request (quote and booking), your consent (marketing, analytics and advertising cookies, health data), our legitimate interest (security and service improvement) and compliance with legal obligations. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country; in Spain, the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).
9. Minors
Our services are not directed at children under 16. We receive the data of traveling minors only from their mother, father or guardian, in order to manage the booking.

11. Security and changes
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encrypted connections, restricted access and providers with recognized security standards. If we update this policy, we will publish the new version with its date on this page.
